hermes-yudhi is a private, self-hosted automation tool operated by a single individual for their own personal use. It is not a commercial product, is not offered to the public, and has no users other than its owner.
The Application may be used only by its owner, acting on their own Google Account and their own data. Any other use is outside the scope of these terms.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. As a personal tool it may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
The owner is responsible for the actions they instruct the Application to perform, for the security of the server on which it runs, and for revoking access if they no longer wish to use it.
The Application interacts with Google APIs. Use of those services is also governed by Google's own terms and policies.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Application. There are no other parties who could rely on it.
Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
